1 cup Fresh Peas
2 Avocado
2 Garlic (cloves, minced)
ΒΌ Lemon (juiced)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt (or more to taste)
7 1/16 ozs Seed Crackers of Choice
In a bowl, smash the peas with the back of a fork.
Add avocado and mash until well combined. Stir in garlic, lemon juice and sea salt to taste.
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with crackers.
Lasts up to 2 to 3 days in the fridge, similar to guacamole.To prevent it from turning brown you can try adding a layer of plastic wrap within an airtight container.
