Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Oats (rolled)

2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed

1 tsp Cinnamon

2 cups Raspberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)

Directions

Add the oats, almond milk, flax seed, and cinnamon together in a large container. Stir well to combine. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

Remove the oats from the fridge. Divide into containers and top with raspberries.
