Ingredients

1 cup fresh raspberries, blended or muddled

2 cups coconut water

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp honey


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a pitcher. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to chill and allow chia seeds to gel. Stir before serving.
