Banana - 1 average sized, peeled and sliced
Greek Yogurt - ⅓ cup, unsweetened
Unsweetened Almond Milk - ½ cup
Pumpkin Puree - ½ cup
Liquid Stevia or Monkfruit - up to 1 tablespoon
Pumpkin Pie Spice - 2 ½ teaspoons
Ice as desired
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until you reach your desired consistency. You can add ice if desired.
Make ingredient adjustments as needed for sweetness, consistency, and flavor.
Serve in a glass or mug.
