1 lime (juiced)
1 cup baby spinach (packed)
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 3/4 cups water
1) Throw all ingredients into a blender andblend until smooth.
2) Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
- No Mango: Add frozen pineapple or banana instead.
