2 Avocados (peeled and pitted)
1-2 Limes (zested and juiced) – need about 2 Tbsp juice
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Canned Coconut Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
In a food processor or blender, combine the avocados, lime juice, lime zest, maple syrup, canned coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Process until smooth.
Divide into bowls and enjoy!
Optional Toppings: Kiwi slices, hemp seeds, or shredded coconut.
Use almond milk or cashew milk instead of coconut milk.
