2 cups Chickpeas (cooked, drained and rinsed)
1 1/2 cups Frozen Peas (thawed)
1 Garlic (clove, minced)
1 Lemon (juiced)
3 Tbsps Tahini
2 Tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Paprika
1 Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
Add all ingredients together in a food processor. Blend until a creamy consistency forms. If mixture is too thick, add 1 Tbsp warm water at a time to loosen it up.
Serve with veggie sticks for dipping. Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week.
