½ Avocado (sliced)
2 Tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Ground Ginger
2 Tbsps Fresh Lime or Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Canned Coconut Milk
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Season with additional salt or lime/lemon juice if needed.
Transfer to an airtight glass jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
