Ingredients

For Salad
  • 1 pound precooked shrimp split in half lengthwise (about 16-20 count)
  • 1/2 pound Napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 pound sugar snap peapods, halved
  • 1/2 small bag shredded carrot
  • 3 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
For Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes


Directions

  1. Whisk together all vinaigrette ingredients.
  2. Toss salad ingredients with vinaigrette in a large bowl until combined well.
