1 cup Oat Flour
1 Tbsp Quick Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsps Baking Powder
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
2 Tbsps Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Coconut Oil (for the pan)
In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, quick oats, cinnamon, and baking powder. Stir in the apple sauce, almond milk, and maple syrup.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Lightly brush the pan with the oil. Spoon the batter into the pan in 1/3 cup portions. Cook the pancakes for about four minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
